BANANA
The shipment of bananas by Reybanpac has shown constant growth over the years, from one million boxes initially, to an annual average of 35 million boxes.

The first quality exported banana comes from the Cavendish variety and is packed in cardboard boxes containing 18.1 kg, 14 kg and 13 kg of fruit, according to the preferences of the various consumer markets.

The banana boxes are the result of an integrated process that involves the bananas, cardboard boxes, plastic bags, fertilizers, fumigation and shipping services, all provided by Favorita Fruit Holding Companies.

The integration process during the production of the banana box for export has been gradual and steady. In order to achieve a sustained growth and to project a strong corporate image of quality and full compliance to foreign markets, it was mandatory to control the supply of the raw materials required for the export of bananas.
